A teaspoon of powdered plant is poured into a container, add a glass of water and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Cover the container with a lid and leave it for 15 minutes.
Drain the resulting tea and drink it 30 minutes before meal.
It is recommended to be consumed 3 times a day.
