Sedakur is a food supplement with vegetal extracts of Passion flower, Valerian and Hops, with Magnesium and Folic acid. Passion flower, Valerian and Hops give a sense of relaxation, promote sleep and reduce stress. Magnesium and Folate contribute to normal psychological function.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day preferably in the evening, 30 minutes before going to sleep.
