Linistress Duo is an herbal supplement with valerian root extract, lemon balm and passiflora. It is used for its calming, relaxing and sleepy effects. The product is used only for adults. There are two types of capsules: one with relaxing properties and one sleeping pill.

Linistress Duo is effective in:

  • Removing mental tension that hinders calm and restful sleep.
  • Sleep disorders caused by stress and anxiety.
  • Some types of insomnia (induction insomnia, early awakening, intermittent sleep)
  • Delayed sleep syndrome - a type of insomnia characterized by a state of awakening and an inability to fall asleep before 2:00 to 3:00.
  • Sleep disorders due to changes in circulatory rhythm - aging, shift work, people affected by blindness.
  • Sleep disorders caused by the change of the zonal clock - jet lag.
Instructions for use

Recommended daily intake for adults: LINISTRESS Duo/Relaxation: 1 capsule before dinner; LINISTRESS Duo/Sleep: 1 capsule, 30 minutes before bedtime.
