Bepanthen Plus is a cream that moisturizes and refreshes the skin. It helps and accelerates healing of wounds, surface cuts and ulcerations. It soothes burns and cracked nipples in breast-feeding mothers.

Product description	Bepanthen Plus is a cream with Dexpanthenol and Chlorhexidine hydrochloride. Dexpanthenol after the absorption in the skin is converted to Pantothenic acid that helps in the formation and regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes. Chlrohexidine hydrochloride is an antiseptic that kills bacteria. Bepanthen plus disinfects and treats superficial skin infections or skin damage such as cuts, wound, mild burns, dermatitis and cracked nipples in breastfeeding mothers.
Indications	It is indicated in the treatment of: Superficial injuries causing risk of infections: cuts, blisters, scratches, skin fissures, skin wounds Mild burns Dermatitis Cracked nipples in breastfeeding mothers
Instructions for use	Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Apply the cream to cleansed wounds or inflamed skin 1 or more times a day as needed. Application of the cream on large areas of skin should be avoided. The wound can be covered with a bandage.
Warning	DO NOT use Bepanthen plus cream: If you are allergic to Dexpanthenol, Chlorhexidine, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine If you have severe, deep, or severely contaminated wounds If you have a perforated ear drum. To treat wounds or skin irritations (e.g. sunburn) with no risk of infection With other soaps and anionic substances or other antiseptic agents. Precautions: Consult the doctor or pharmacist before using Bepanthen plus cream if you are pregnant, planning to have a baby or breastfeeding. If the medicine is used for cracked nipples during breast-feeding, the cream must be washed off the nipples before nursing. Avoid using the cream in large areas of the body.
Other information	Keep this medicine out of reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the package Store in a cool (< 25°C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Ingredients	Active ingredients: Dexpanthenol and Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride. 1 g of cream contains 50 mg of Dexpanthenol and 5 mg of Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride. Excipients: Liquid paraffin, Lanolin (E913), Vaseline, Macrogol stearate, Cetyl alcohol, Stearyl alcohol, DL-pantolactone, Purified water.
