Deep Heat Rub is recommended for pain relief and muscle stiffness, including back pain and rheumatism, sciatica, fibrosis, sprains and cramps. It contains methyl salicylates and menthol - both active ingredients that play a part in providing effective temporary relief in areas where you need pain relief. It has a non-greasy formula making it easy to apply to the skin. The cream is suitable for adult and children 5 years and over.

| Instructions for use |
Adults and children over 5 years: Gently massage DeepHeat Heat Rub into the affected area until the cream is rubbed in. Apply a thin layer to the skin 2 -3 times daily and wash hands immediately after use. Use this cream only on your skin.
