Lordes 5 mg contains desloratadine an anti-allergic drug that does not make you drowsy. It helps keeping allergic reactions and their symptoms under control all day and helps maintaining normal daily activities and normal sleep.

Specification

Product description	Lordes contains desloratadine which is an antihistaminic. Desloratadine acts by preventing the effects of a naturally produced substance called histamine. Histamine can cause itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
Indications	Therapeutic indications: Desloratadine relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal mucosa caused by allergies, such as hay fever or allergy to dust mites) in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. These symptoms include sneezing, runny or itchy nose, palate itching and itchy, red or watery eyes. Desloratadine can also be prescribed in order to relieve urticaria symptoms (a skin condition caused by allergies) like itching and hives.
Instructions for use	Adults and adolescents 12 years and older The recommended dose is one tablet once a day with water, with or without food. Duration of administration Contact a doctor if improvement is not seen after 7 days of the treatment. If you need to use Lordes for more than 3 months, consult a doctor in order to find out if the symptoms are related to other causes.
Warning	DO NOT use this product: If you are allergic to desloratadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Precautions: Tell your doctor or pharmacist: if you or someone in your family has had seizures. if you have impaired kidney function.
Other information	Keep this medicine out of the sight and children`s reach. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is printed on the tablet strips and the cardboard box. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Not to be stored above 25°C.
Ingredients	Active ingredient: Desloratadine. 1 film-coated tablet contains 5 mg Desloratadine. The other ingredients are: Tablet core: Corn starch, Microcrystalline cellulose, Hypromellose, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Hydrogenated vegetable oil (type 1). Tablet coating: Opadry Blue 03B50689 (hypromellose E464, titanium dioxide E171, macrogol 400 E1521, Indigotine E132).
