EXACTIVE GLUCOSE

Exactive glucose test strips are used to measure blood glucose concentration.

They are suitable for self testing. They are used only with the Exactive vital meter.

Specification

Instructions for use	Insert the strip into the test strip port with the gray part facing the port. Touch the tip of the test strip to the drop of blood. The blood is absorbed automatically into the test strip through the tip. Wait until the result is shown on the screen.
Warning	DO NOT store the test strips near bleach or cleaners that contain bleach. DO NOT use expired test strips. They may give incorrect blood glucose levels. DO NOT use a test strip that appears damaged or has been used. Precautions: A new vial of test strips may be used for 6 months after first being opened. For external use. Always wash and dry your hands well with soap and water before and after testing. Test strips should be stored in the protective vial. The vial’s cap must be tightly closed.
Other information	Store in a cool (5-30°C) and dry place, away from light and heat. Keep out of children's reach.
