Total B-Vital 500 contains a polyvitaminic formula that includes B vitamins, folate in its activated form (5-MTHF). B vitamins support many important functions of the body, including normal energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B6, B12), physiological hematopoiesis (vitamin B9 or folate), the regular formation of red blood cells (Vitamin B12), physiological metabolism of homocysteine (vitamins B6, B9 or folate, B12), the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy (vitamin B9 or folate). Vitamins B1, B6, B12 contribute to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions for use	It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day after meal.
Warning	Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. DO NOT exceed the recommended daily dose. DO NOT take this supplement if your allergic to one of the ingredients. Consult with your doctor before using if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Other information	Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not use this product after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. Store at room temperature (not above 25°C). Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
