For HER: Acid folic contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Zinc contributes to normal fertility.

MEN - One(1 ) tablet per day,with your main meal (PURPLE BLISTER).
WOMEN - One (1) tablet per day, with main meal (PINK BLISTER ).
