Operil P 0.25 mg/ ml is a nasal solution that helps relieve blocked nasal passages of your baby to breathe more easily. It is used for children between 2 and 7 years.

OPERIL P 0.25 mg / ml contains oxymetazoline, which is a decongestant. It helps to open up the nasal passages by reducing the excessive nasal secretions and reducing the swollen blood vessels. It helps baby breathe more easily, opens the nasal and paranasal sinuses and relieves the symptoms of the common cold. The effects start within minutes and last for up to about 12 hours. Oxymetazoline also has anti-inflammatory and antiviral effect on specific viruses that are often associated with respiratory problems.

Always read the leaflet or consult with your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Children between 2 and 7 years: 1 to 2 inhalations of Operil P 0,25 mg/ ml into each nostril 2- 3 times daily.
The maximum daily dose of OPERIL P 0.25 mg / mL for each nostril should be 2 sprays three times a day.

DO NOT use if you know your child is allergic (hypersensitive) to oxymetazoline or other ingredients.
DO NOT use if your child has a dry inflammation of mucous membrane of the nose with scabs (atrophic inflammation of the lining of the nose). DO NOT use in children under 2 years of age.
DO NOT use for longer than 7 days.
